On October 14 when our country is celebrated Pokrova and the Day of Defender of Ukrainethe picturesque Gostomel village (Kyiv region) was celebrated its 522-d birthday.
We were also invited to participate in this holiday together with the teenage football team Ceramprom from the East of our country, where unfortunately the war is still going.
The organizers of the holiday staged a day-long celebrations for their native village, including a football matches for youth and adults!
The Ceramprom team whose composition was complemented by players from Gostomel and Irpin in a friendly confrontation on the green grass of the field met the native team from Gostomel with which they defended our country’s honor at the International tournament in Dobiegniev.
Despite the victory of the Ceramprom team both teams have received medals and memorable gifts from the Gostomel mayor.
Then the children were able to took part in the holiday events such as concert and other activities.
Children from the East and West of Ukraine met together again and united their efforts on the football field, so the most important task of this match was fulfilled!
